We are pleased and honored to have been selected by Bethesda Inc. for a grant to support our efforts to create a Triple Aim community health dashboard. Our ultimate goal is to collect and report cost and quality data that will help health care consumers make better choices about their care. This $250,000 planning grant allows us to work directly with TriHealth data specialists as we navigate the complicated data landscape.
Currently, The Health Collaborative reports quality data on our YourHealthMatters.org website. Bethesda Inc. was instrumental in supporting that work when the website launched in 2011. This new grant will help us understand how we can more efficiently collect and report on a broader set of measures that matter to the community and lead to better health, better care and lower overall cost.
