We love it when we can share our space with our partners who are working to improve health and healthcare. We offer our mission-aligned members and community partners access to our conference and meeting facilities for a nominal fee. Guest offices are also available for our friends who want to stop in and get some work done between appointments. When our stakeholders gather for a common purpose, we want to be their destination.

  • Hours of Operation: The Health Collaborative is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Availability outside these hours is at The Health Collaborative’s discretion.
  • Room Capacities and Setup: Click here for information on room capacities. Please indicate desired room configuration when filling out the contact form below.
  • Pricing per Room Type: Member Rate: Learning Center A or B are $100 each per half day/$200 each for full day. CityView conference room is $50 per half day/$100 for a full day. Huddle rooms are $25 per half day/$50 for a full day.  Non-Member Rate: Learning Center A or B are $200 each per half day/$300 each for full day.  CityView conference room is $100 per half day/$200 per full day.  Huddle rooms are $50 per half day/$100 per full day.
  • Digital Presentations: External groups MUST use a laptop PC provided by The Health Collaborative for presentations on our A/V system. Presentation file(s) must be saved on a flash drive for use with our laptop.
  • Catering: Our exclusive on-site caterer is DuJours and More. If catering is requested, the current catering menu will be shared via email within 2 business days. A representative from DuJours will contact you directly to go over menu and place order.
