Conference & Meeting Space
Where the Greater Cincinnati region meets to tackle health and healthcare challenges
We love to share our space with partners working to improve health and healthcare. We offer our mission-aligned members and community partners access to conference and meeting facilities for a nominal fee. Guest offices are also available for our friends who want to stop in and get some work done between appointments. When our stakeholders gather for a common purpose, we want to be their destination.
Please note: we require a minimum of 7 business days’ advance notice for the use of our meeting and event space, to ensure availability & staffing, and to confirm catering details. Click the button at the bottom of the page to request availability and more information.
Features and Pricing
HOURS OF OPERATION
The Health Collaborative is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Availability outside these hours is at The Health Collaborative’s discretion. A minimum of 7 business days’ notice is required to reserve space and catering.

Catering
Our exclusive on-site caterer is DuJours and More. If catering is requested, the current catering menu will be shared via email within 2 business days.
Digital Presentations
External groups MUST use a laptop PC provided by The Health Collaborative for presentations on our A/V system. Presentation file(s) must be saved on a flash drive for use with our laptop.
Pricing
Member Rates:
Learning Center A or B – $100 each per half day/$200 each for full day.
CityView conference room – $50 per half day/$100 for a full day.
Huddle rooms – $25 per half day/$50 for a full day.
Non-Member Rates:
Learning Center A or B – $200 each per half day/$300 each for full day.
CityView conference room – $100 per half day/$200 per full day.
Huddle rooms – $50 per half day/$100 per full day.
