8:30-11:30am: Mentoring & Coaching for Employee and Organizational Success 
Presented by: Debbie Prichard of UC Health
Develop an understanding of the difference between coaching and mentoring, the roles and skills required of coaches and mentors, and the importance of both to an organization. This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN – 001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. 1:30-3:30pm: Human Resources: Legal Issues
Presented by: Claudia Allen, Esq. – Legal Counsel at The Health Collaborative
Develop an understanding of the legal aspects of the employment process, employee relations and HIPAA.
