TIME
Day 1 – 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Day 2 – 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Refresher – 12 p.m. until 6 p.m.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Payment must be made 30 days prior to the course date to reserve your seat in the
course. Non payment will result in registration cancellation.

COURSE MATERIAL
Course materials will be mailed to your HOME address 30 days prior to the course date if payment has been received.

COURSE CONFIRMATION
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you register with. This is your invoice, please do not delete. If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or transfers within 30 days of any course will be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations or transfers within 10 business days of course date, including no-shows.
