Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Among our top priorities at The Health Collaborative, we believe it is our responsibility to address diversity, equity and inclusion in healthcare through education, talent pipeline programs, research, leadership, data collection, and community conversations and partnerships.

To achieve health equity means that every person has the opportunity to reach their full health potential and no person will be disadvantaged by race or ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or social circumstances.

Central to providing inclusive care and eliminating health disparities, is the need to cultivate a more diverse pipeline of healthcare professionals and leaders.

Today’s vast need for qualified healthcare workers is a chance to expand economic opportunity for all residents of Greater Cincinnati. By engaging stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, especially those who have historically been left out of the conversation, The Health Collaborative is building a Greater Cincinnati region that is healthy by design.
