Inclusion of people with disabilities into everyday activities involves practices and policies designed to identify and remove barriers such as physical, communication, and attitudinal, that hamper individuals’ ability to have full participation in society, the same as people without disabilities.
This 90 minute forum, facilitated by Cynthia Crews, Business Relations Specialist for SW Ohio for Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is designed to provide an interactive training program designed for businesses that will enhance awareness of cultural diversity and examine personal attitudes and biases toward people with disabilities.
