In the second session of the Nurse Manager Academy, we focused our learning and dialogue on the importance of EI across our professional and personal lives. It was a self-reflective, lively discussion led by our partners at LEI, hosted by our friends at Cincinnati VA Medical Center, and kicked off by Dale Tripodi, TriHealth Cincinnati’s Chief Nursing Officer. We are already looking forward to session number 3 in September.
