Nurse Manager Academy
The Nurse Manager Academy (NMA) is a multi-session program committed to supporting and upskilling developing nursing staff. We’ve designed a program focused on providing practical communication and leadership tools to rising nurse leaders and existing leadership.
Our Goals:
- Establish and sustain a healthy work environment
- Invest in staff professional development
- Proactively tackle burn-out
Our 2-part curriculum is split between didactic learning and dynamic peer-to-peer collaboration. The monthly sessions allow nurses to connect with peers outside of their organization while earning continuing education hours.
With nearly 1/5 of current nurses indicating intent to retire in the next year, it is more important now than ever before to invest in our nurses.
