The Health Collaborative (THC) will be transitioning its technology-related customer communications to a convenient new Healthcare Technologies Systems Status Dashboard!

TOP 5 THINGS TO KNOW about the new status dashboard:

Visitors to the dashboard can ensure that outbound delivery services such as EMR (HL7), Inboxes (clinical messaging), or Faxes are currently running

EIGHT THC healthcare technology services are constantly monitored with customer impact and updates noted for each one

THC can push out updates to our global audience much faster using the dashboard than traditional email messaging

The new dashboard will replace cumbersome emails and become your go-to resource for reported outages (but we will continue to send email communications for the next few months directing you to the board during outages for real-time updates)
