The TAP Health Summer Academy kicked off last week with an open-house reception in the Learning Center at The Health Collaborative headquarters in downtown Cincinnati.
The Workforce Innovation team hosted the students of TAP Health’s Summer Academy in the Learning Center for a kickoff meet and greet. The program welcomes 60 new students from dozens of high schools all around the region who are participating in either the TAP RN, TAP MD, or TAP HC program.
Multiple stations were set up for the students to visit, including one for personalized lab coat pickup and another for video testimonials, where they shared why they are interested in healthcare and what they are hoping to learn from the TAP program. CEO Craig Brammer spoke to the students about our mission and why it’s great that they are considering careers in healthcare. Students had the opportunity to mingle and meet students in all three TAP programs.
