Spotlight Campaign
Workforce Innovation is building the next generation of healthcare professionals
In 2024, The Health Collaborative awarded $22,300 in micro-grants to six local workforce partners, supporting nearly 500 middle and high school students in the Cincinnati area as they explored careers in healthcare.
Now, we need your support to continue this vital program.
Your donation—no matter the size—will directly fund the next round of micro-grants, enabling even more students to explore the wide array of available in-demand healthcare careers.
As we approach the end of the year, we’re calling on our community to help continue this program and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals. Together, we can take a crucial step toward closing the healthcare workforce gap in our region

Our Population Health team leads Greater Cincinnati’s Community Health Needs Assessment. Conducted every three years in partnership with hospitals, public health, and community residents, the CHNA collects data to identify top health needs and initiatives to address them. Unique in its collaborative nature, our CHNA report informs decisions on spending for healthcare and social services.
As the non-profit convener of healthcare providers, payors, and stakeholders, The Health Collaborative invites organizations (often competitors) to work together to solve problems that affect the entire region. With charitable support, we can effectively dispatch resources in communities with the greatest need.
